This workshop covers basics of SDS-PAGE/Westernblotting and is open to all the registered participants of VLSE-2024. This workshop will cover the following topics:

• Preparation of Acrylamide/bis-acrylamide gel.

• Preparation of protein samples.

• Loading and running of SDS-PAGE.

• Staining and destaining the SDS-PAGE gel.

• NOTE: Depending on the time availability, Western Blotting will be performed.
