• Registration fee: ABFR-2020 registration fee is mandatory to get access to the entire online program.

  • For students (UG/PG/Ph.D.): Rs. 100 (non-refundable) (Must show a valid student ID card when asked for verification)

  • For non-students: Rs. 200 (non-refundable).

​

• Workshop fee: There are four workshops that will be organized during ABFR-2020. Workshop fee is mandatory.

  • Students: Pay Rs. 500 and gain access ​to all four workshops.

  • Non-students: Pay Rs. 1,000 to get access to all four workshops.

  • You must still pay the full fee even if you are planning to attend only one or two workshops.

• e-Poster fee: Every participant submitting an abstract for e-poster must pay this fee in order to display their e-poster online.

  • Students: Pay Rs. 50​ per e-poster.

  • Non-students: Pay Rs. 100 per e-poster.

  • Last date for submitting abstracts for selections towards e-posters is November 30th. Submitting abstracts after November 30th, 2020 will incur an additional non-refundable late fee of Rs. 100 for any participant.

Cancellation and refund policy: All fees are non-refundable with the following exceptions:

​

• Due to COVID-19 pandemic, ABFR-2020 is completely an online event that can be attended from anywhere in the world using computers (or) laptops (or) tablets (or) smartphones, etc. so, no cancellations are allowed for the registration. The registration fee is non-refundable. It is the participants' responsibility to check for proper network/wireless connections to avoid any interruptions in their participation during ABFR-2020.

• If your abstract gets selected by the judges to be displayed as an e-poster online during the ABFR-2020 then a "MERIT" refund will be given. This "MERIT" refund includes registration fee and e-poster fee. The "MERIT" refund policy applies to students only with valid student ID card. This "MERIT" refund policy does not apply for non-students.

• The "MERIT" refund is strictly for e-posters only and does not include late fee. For example: if students submit abstracts after November 30th, 2020 and their abstract is selected by the judges then those students will still pay the non-refundable late fee of Rs. 100. So in order to qualify for full "MERIT" refund, the students must submit their abstracts no later than November 30th, 2020.

• Abstract selection will be started by the judges beginning November 21st, 2020 and will continue until December 15th, 2020. Judging will be done on a "first come first serve" basis. Submitting abstracts after November 30th, 2020 will incur an additional late fee of Rs. 100 for any participant. This late fee is absolutely non-refundable.
